Reservation Policy
Sitka and Spruce only accepts one reservation per night at our communal table. This is for parties of five or more not to excede twelve people. The time of this reservation is flexible between seven thirty and eight. Please call for a reservation request (all reservation request phone calls returned between 4:00 - 5:30pm):

Sitka and Spruce no longer accepts reservation requests via e-mail. Please call the restaurant during non-service hours to make a request. Thanks.

Sitka and Spruce does open and reserve for private events. Please use above contact for information regarding private functions.
